Worst President Ever

Poll: More disapprove of Bush than any other president

Finally, dawn lights on marble heads. At least one good thing has come out of the Bush administration. The majority of American’s now finally understand the republican agenda. Anyone that votes for McCain in the general election is just plain ignorant, because McCain just means more of the same.

Well, my dear Aunt, as you know, for the last eight years I have been giving Bush the benefit of the doubt. But now I am in agreement with you on this!

It is strange that 71% disapprove of Bush, 75% think that America is on the wrong track, and yet polls pitting McCain against the potential Democratic nominees put him at a dead heat with them. It’s so much easier for people to moan and complain in the abstract than, when push comes to electoral shove, to admit that their party has actually been doing poorly and that the other guy (or gal!) on the “other team” might actually have some better ideas. Of course they are different polls surveying different people, but I think this boils down to a big problem with party politics: too strict allegiance to ANY party (it just happens to be the Republicans this time) is what puts blinders on, more so than religion!

Very true Nick. It is interesting though that the country is pretty much divided; half conservative and half liberal. Religion is just one aspect that tends to push people to the conservative side.
